    Warranty Period

    • The warranty applies to all agricultural machinery produced by Daepoong Machinery and purchased through domestic sales offices and authorized dealers (or headquarters).
    • The warranty period begins at the time of equipment purchase, and the warranty duration for major components is as follows.
      Category Main Items Warranty Period
      Free Service Main Unit/Parts + Labor Fee 12 months
      Paid Service Main Unit/Parts + Labor Fee After 12 months

    Items Excluded from Warranty Coverage

    • Even within the warranty period, the company is not responsible for the following cases:

      ① Sensory issues deemed to have no impact on general quality or functionality – such as minor noise, vibration, appearance, or operational feel
      ② Failures caused by repairs performed outside our authorized service centers/dealers, or defects caused in other areas due to such repairs
      ③ Failures caused by the use of non-genuine parts, or cases in which damage is concealed making defect verification impossible
      ④ Defects resulting from unauthorized modification or alteration after purchase (including transferring the equipment to a third party or exporting it overseas)
      ⑤ Failures caused by delays in repair due to customer responsibility, or failures due to fire, accidents, or natural disasters
      ⑥ Failures that worsened due to neglect despite being detectable and correctable through routine inspection
      ⑦ Failures caused by improper use, misuse, or excessive operation beyond the intended usage limits (overloading, careless operation, etc.)

    • The company does not cover costs unrelated to equipment maintenance during warranty repairs (fixtures, downtime losses, taxes, fees, etc.).
